Understand the Dansand Principle

Dansand’s range of products help solve weed problems on patios, driveways and pavements.

The company produces solutions that are environmentally friendly, natural and durable, plus they are also easy to use.

Select between Dansand® joint filling sand, stone dust or dark Dansand® stone dust for paving or the especially tough Dansand® polymeric bloc paving fix depending on your surface.

Forget the hours of kneeling on your knees as you work those weed killers into your patio or driveway – get rid of troublesome weed problems with Dansand® joint filling sand in a more natural way. If you keep to our repair instructions, those weeds on your patio, driveway or pavement will be a thing of the past.

Whether it's your patio, driveway or pavement, Dansand’s products will give you clean joints between the flags right from the beginning.

Taking a closer look at each of the solutions available, there is a Dansand product to suit just about every requirement.

Dansand ® polymeric block paving fix is the premium alternative to paving mortar. It creates stable yet flexible joints. As a NO GROW™ product, it keeps weeds at bay from the paving around your house for years.

The patented Dansand® joint filling sand - in natural colours - is ideal for narrow joints on the patio, in driveways or on paths. NO GROW™ sand mix is easy to apply and also has a natural weed-inhibiting effect.

The washed, dark-coloured Dansand® stone dust for paving is suitable for joints up to a width of 20 mm. The NO GROW™ mix of Scandinavian granite produces very little dust and weeds don't stand a chance of growing in the joints.

There are simple instructions on how easy each product is to apply on the Dansand website, along with a useful coverage calculator to find out how much product you will need for a particular project.
