KUHN Farm Machinery

KUHN Farm Machinery has a wide portfolio of sprayers catering for the amenity sector. When it comes to spraying herbicide, KUHN offers machines to support both operator comfort and performance.

The 3-point mounted Actis sprayer range offers professional sprayer operators a simple, accurate machine. Based on the agricultural developments, the Actis amenity sprayer features all of the components required to conform to regulations.

The Actis is available in a polyethylene tank in sizes 100, 200, 300 or 400 litres. The tank is positioned in a one-piece steel frame with an integrated steel tube support ensuring a compact but robust machine. The attractive, functional design of the tank includes space for the integration of different equipment such as the hand-rinsing tank and reels.

Depending on the configuration of the machine, the Actis can accommodate both a stainless steel boom ranging from 2m to 12m and or a spray gun. The boom can be mounted on either a fixed frame or a vertical rail, ensuring simplicity and versatility.

With an option of an induction hopper and rinsing tank, the sprayer is also equipped with a PM75 piston diaphragm pump delivering 75 litres per minute to the boom. The Actis can be configured with a choice of regulations; from manual constant pressure to fully automatic in cab controlled DPAE regulation.

KUHN also has a range of knapsack sprayers. The Manopul’s tank is made of translucent polyethylene, a non-deformable, smooth material that is resistant to UVs and all types of product. The Manopul is available in sizes of 1.5, 3, 6, 12 and 15 litres and features an easy-to-read gauge. All Manopul’s are equipped with Viton seals as standard. It is a comprehensive, sophisticated, and efficient tool backed up with a full spare parts availability.
