High-Density CORE 82V Batteries: Power Where It Counts

At the heart of the system are Optimus™ CORE 82V batteries, developed using advanced polymer cell technology rather than conventional cylindrical cells. This construction increases energy density while reducing battery mass, resulting in a significantly improved power-to-weight ratio.

In real-world use, higher instantaneous discharge power ensures and cutting performance under load, even in dense or wet conditions. Charging infrastructure is handled by the Optimus™ ChargeLink™ system, engineered for professional depots, workshops, vehicles, and trailers. Using a single 240V power supply, ChargeLink™ intelligently distributes energy across multiple batteries, eliminating the need for expensive electrical upgrades.

In practical terms, selected CORE batteries can reach 80% charge in approximately 16 minutes, allowing rapid turnaround during the working day. Overnight (12h), a ChargeLink™ setup can sequentially recharge 72 batteries of 82V, ensuring full availability for the next shift.

EnergyCube™ 16.2 kWh: Mobile Power Without Interruption

For mobile operations and extended autonomy, the system is complemented by the Optimus™ EnergyCube™ 16.2 kWh. This onboard energy storage solution enables charging directly on vehicles or trailers, eliminating the need to unload equipment and reducing the number of batteries required in circulation. Capable of charging multiple machines simultaneously from a single connection, the EnergyCube™ supports continuous operation throughout the working day and overnight replenishment.
